Graduate of the Political Sciences and Administration Faculty within the University of Bucharest, she completed her studies with a Master degree in EU Policies and Administration at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium). This allowed her to become in 2004 the assistant of the pre-accession advisor on chapter 6, Competition and State Aid, in the framework of Romania’s accession negotiations to the European Union.
The subject of her BA thesis: The strategic problems of the Black Sea, under the direction of Professor Teodor Melescanu.
The subject of the master thesis: The Political Criteria of Copenhagen and Judicial Independence in Romania: Proposals for the Reform of the Romanian Judiciary, under the direction of Professor Eric Philippart.
She specialized in public affairs missions (lobbying, political audits, public policies analysis, etc.) and aspects related to business start up in Romania.
