Florina Presada - Managing Director

Graduate of the Political Sciences and Administration Faculty within the University of Bucharest, she completed her studies with a Master degree in EU Policies and Administration at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium). This allowed her to become in 2004 the assistant of the pre-accession advisor on chapter 6, Competition and State Aid, in the framework of Romania’s accession negotiations to the European Union.

The subject of her BA thesis: The strategic problems of the Black Sea, under the direction of Professor Teodor Melescanu.

The subject of the master thesis: The Political Criteria of Copenhagen and Judicial Independence in Romania: Proposals for the Reform of the Romanian Judiciary, under the direction of Professor Eric Philippart.

She specialized in public affairs missions (lobbying, political audits, public policies analysis, etc.) and aspects related to business start up in Romania.

Anisia Popescu, PhD - Economics Expert

She started by graduating the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, after which she continued with a Master degree in Economics of Multinationals and International Economic Policies within the same academy. Another Master degree followed, in the field of European Economic Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges, completed by a Doctor title with Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. The subject of the PhD thesis was The European Competition Policy in the Integration Process.

Her excellent academic performance recommended her for an internship with the DG Budget of the European Commission in the cabinet of Mrs. Michaele Schreyer.

Her area of expertise is related to economic policies and companies’ development strategies.

Mirela Iamandi - Lawyer

She graduated the Law School of the University of Bucharest and she’s been a member of the Romanian Bar Association for 10 years now.

She specialized in civil and commercial law. Among others, she worked with organizations such as Médecins du Monde ( Switzerland), Médecins sans Frontières ( Belgium) and SOS Satele Copiilor( Romania).

The domain of intervention she likes most is the one of public procurements.

 

 

Raluca Dinca - Purchasing Consultant

She graduated the Foreign Languages School of the University of Bucharest – French/English Section – and she quickly moved into a field that exploited her linguistic fluency and abilities: improving the purchasing process and reducing purchasing costs, dealing with international suppliers on a daily basis.

During the years since graduation she had the opportunity to hold purchasing specialist positions with SC Romania Hypermarché SA Cora and the counsel practice Sérénia Est in Bucharest.

She coordinated numerous sourcing, outsourcing and benchmarking projects.

Currently she is updating her studies in the field of purchasing with a diploma in International Economic Relations and Management with the Romanian Academy of Economic Studies.
